How long have you been on DeviantArt?

Since 6th of March, 2011. I remember I've been a bit scared and it has been my dream to be a deviantArt member, 'cause I was crazy about great dA artists, I wanted to be just like 'em. I was 14, and dreamt of being an inspiration for younger ones, just like those great guys were for me.

What does your username mean?

At first, when I've started drawing more often, I was signing my arts "Kath the Lioness" and then just Kath. But after a few months - it was waay before I've joined dA, in 2009, summer holidays - I've designed my current main char, Tigara. Tiggs was named by my friends little kitten, which died hit by a car. You know, as a young, a bit too emotional girl I was really struck by stuff like that. I've liked that cat and wanted to make something like a tribute. And that's why Tiga was named Tiga. Anyway - when I've decided to join dA, which was 2 years later, I knew, that Tiga's the character I love the most and she's my alternative self. She's just me, but in lion's skin. That's why. TigaLioness was also based on the way OmegaLioness named her account, 'cause she was and she's my idol.

Are you left or right handed?

Left handed.

What was your first deviation?

Well, that's funny one. The first art which I could say was really a start of it all, was Tiga's character sheet. The first one of all. I've never uploaded it here. Altough, the one of the earliest deviations here was... This little buddy:

What is your favourite type of art to create?

Maan, couldn't ever pick one. I love to try new things. Sometimes I have some phases of loving one the most, but then it ends and I love them all. I think, personally, not trying to insult anyone - if you really love art, you love it all. I'm not talking about the creation of others, but your own. You love to paint, draw, whatever it is - digital or traditional, acrylics or watercolors, oils or crayons, pencils, ink.

If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?

I think it would be my own. XDDD But well, I've always wanted to be a master of watercolor painting. You know, watercolors are gentle, but the power of it's sense sometimes is stronger than anything else. It's just beautiful, strong but smooth.

What was your first favourite?

OOH MAN. Well, probably this, and a bunch of OmegaLioness's art.

What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?

Well, furry. XDDD I mean, TLK fanart, furry art, anthro. And also landscapes & architecture. Gotta love landscapes.

Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?

Omega. . Forever and one, I will always respect her. She was my first inspiration and the artist, who made me brave enough to try drawing even if my own family told me, I'll never be good at it. She was my motivation, and I'm always impressed by her progress, by her gentle arts, yet so emotional and often so colorful.

If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?

Well, Omega of course, but also a bunch of other guys. And I'd really go for a meeting with the people, who was there and were my good buddies in my early days. I'd surely go for a dA meeting with , (man, she's my second great idol), , and many many more. There are alot people I'd really like to meet one day.

How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?

Well, there are actually two girls, who have impacted my life. Because of their strength and their unstoppable way for being better. They've been practising since I've met them, and they've become really great. As we all, they've started from nothing. And became really good artists. Those are and

What are your preferred tools to create art?

Well, I'm definately a digital artist, I love digital art so tablet, for sure. Also, since I've been accepted to the High School of Fine Arts, I'm spending even more time a month drawing traditionally, than digitally. I love to paint, with acrylics, watercolors and now I'm in love with oil painting. Also, I like ink drawing. If it comes to drawing, I'm mostly using Crayola and Lyra crayons, Koh-I-Noor pencils, and also many, many ballpens and fineliners, 'cause I love 'em.

What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?

My room. No lying. I just love to have this peace I have here. You know, there's this old saying - "there's no place like home". My home and my room are my most safe, peaceful places. Of course, drawing outside is really great and I love it. Just not always I have an opportunity to create outside. And of course - probably the most inspirational place ever for every artist - my imagination.

What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?

Oh well, there are plenty of that. I'm sure that my 1st anniversary on dA was great. And my first commission, my first won contest. I was really proud of it. I'll always miss the early days, probably the most. I had tons of free time and could use it. We had those crazy groups of artists staying in really close relations, and we were spending whole days art trading and iScribbling, collabing, which was truly awesome. It didn't matter, who was worse or better, the fun and art mattered. We didn't spend hours on facebook, we were having fun and giving others something good from us, being creative. That was trully beautiful time.
